Waapiti participates in Eshow BCN 2018

On April 11 and 12, Waapiti, along with TMM Group, BeAromic and SonatSounds, and the collaboration of NEC, they participated once again in the space of the eShow Barcelona's Store of the Future.

Waapiti took the opportunity to present the latest technological solutions related to Omni-Channel, Customer Journey and E-Commerce.

During the two days of the Eshow Barcelona, visitors were able to test different interactive applications to digitize physical stores. Some of the novelties were the segmentation of contents through a facial recognition camera and product comparators:

  • Facial recognition camera - integrated with Waapiti platform analyze content metrics based on the audience, to subsequently apply effective communication strategies, such as segmenting the message according to gender and/or age.

  • Barcode comparator - through the integration with a barcode reader sensor, users can scan different products and compare the nutritional information on the screen.

  • RFID comparator - through the integration with an RFID sensor allows to detect different products and compare the information on the screen.

Both comparators provide an added value to the product: showing additional information on the screen and acting as product prescribers by allowing to compare prices and specifications on similar products.

During the fair, attendees could also enjoy the wine prescriber (presented in the eShow 2017), interactive applications such as a product catalog or a satisfaction survey, as well as a decorative LED column.
